These machines both mixes and produces sheets and any other desired shape. A simple machine suitable for small production. Ideal for small pasta factories, restaurants, and institutions that want to make a variety of shapes of pasta in small batches. Equipped with a cutter for short cuts, a water cooling system on the extruder head and a fan. Stainless steel version available.

PA-25 Press for Fresh Pasta

This easy to operate machine will provide you with an excellent finished pasta product. It is suitable for use in a small factory or restaurant.

Features:

  • Single kneading bowl with rounded inside corners of 1" radius for easy cleaning
  • Forged 304 AISI stainless steel kneading shaft, removable for cleaning
  • Stainless steel coclea and extrusion shaft
  • Water-cooled head with adjustable digital temperature control
  • Cutting unit for short pasta (rigatoni, fusilli, penne etc.)
  • Retractable, incorporated dryer and 2 stainless steel trays
  • Conforms to all safety and sanitation standards
PA-50 Press for Fresh Pasta

Simple and functional machine, capable of producing fresh pasta in any shape and length. The specially designed winder rolls up the sheet pasta and feeds it to another machine to produce ravioli. cappelletti and tortellini.
