This is one of the first machines built by our firm, it can produce furrowed or smooth gnocchi, hollow or not, according to chosen roll. Simple to use and clean, this machine is capable of producing 165 LB of finished product per hour.

This machine produces smooth or lined gnocchi, full or hollow at an extraordinarily fast 350 LB per hour. The shape of the "gnocchi" may be varied to the maximum of its dimensions; automatic flour retrieval. The machine is capable of working either pure potato or prepared mixtures.
Also available in stainless steel.
