Cappelletti Machine Mod. RC/4

This machine produces half-moon agnolotti or cappelletti at an hourly rate of 176 lb. It is equipped with four punches and, as on all other machines of the RC series, can be changed from the agnolotti to the cappelletti shape with the machine in motion, simply by rotating a lever. Sheet thickness may adjust as well as both the amount of fill and sheet scrap with the machine in motion. Equipped with automatic cutter for lateral discard.
This machine accommodates dies of various shapes of agnolotti, cappelletti and square ravioli. Filling is back fed reducing waste.
Simple and functional, this machine adheres to most recent Common Market safety and sanitary norms. Also available in stainless steel.
