Gas Oven GN 2/1 It measures 21"x25½"x11". Suitable for three position extractable shelf supports to take oven shelves 21"x25½". It has a double insulated door and a multifunction thermostat with flame protection by a thermocouple ranging from 302°F to 572°F. Cabinet Its dimensions are 13½"x21"x15". It may be equipped with a grid rack in chrome-plated steel rod for oven shelves GN 1/1 13"x21". It is closed by a side hinged double-walled door. |

Gas Griddle The griddles are available in two sizes The model 90/40 FTG, with a cooking surface of 27½"x15½", flat or grooved. The model 90/80 is totally flat in the FTG version and ½ flat and ½ grooved in the 90/80 FTRG version, with a cooking surface of 27½"x31½", having two independently controlled cooking zones.
